Alliance Psychology provides process-oriented individual therapy grounded in professional theory and science. Our professionals have advanced training in a diversity of therapeutic approaches (e.g., psychodynamic, systems, ACT, DBT, & CBT) and incorporate specific techniques tailored to each person and their unique needs.

Individual therapy requires time, consistent work, and commitment to the process in order to be effective. Therapy works best when you attend sessions regularly at a set frequency and think about content from therapy between sessions, viewing yourself as the primary active source of session content. Alliance therapists will commit to meeting regularly (generally weekly) and will work with you to develop a general timeframe for therapy to last based on your needs.
